The resident mobile app is free. Self-managed communities pay from €9.99/month depending on the number of homes. Property managers use the manager panel from €5/community/month (Basic) or €7/community/month (Pro). See the pricing page for details.

Yes. Each community has its own isolated database. We process data in line with GDPR and Spanish data protection law.
